NGW special reducer for cooling tower is a kind of reducer which adopts the principle of planetary gear train transmission and the floating meshing mechanism of cylindrical gear with hard tooth surface.The product has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, smooth operation, low noise, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, long life, easy to use and maintain.

Installation and use:

Before installation, check whether the reducer and fan matching meet the design requirements.

Generally, a 10-15mm thick rubber pad should be added between the reducer and the mounting frame to reduce vibration.

After installation, check the clearance between the fan blade and the tower body to be uniform. The manual rotating fan should be flexible in rotation without any stuck phenomenon, otherwise it cannot be energized.

Fuel must be added before operation.The reducer adopts hyperbolic gear oil or hl-30 # gear oil or special oil for the reducer. When refueling, it is added from the refueling tube and the oil level is added to the middle of the oil needle calibration line.

After the installation is confirmed to be qualified, the power can be energized for trial operation.The reducer should run smoothly without abnormal noise, the motor current should not exceed the rated value, otherwise it should stop for inspection.

After running continuously for 1 hour, stop the machine to check whether each fastener is loose and whether each sealing part is leaking.After the inspection to meet the requirements can be officially started
